Support is provided by email on a reasonable best-efforts basis, with priority given to users who have bought a license key. Formally there is a 90 day limit on support, but we try to answer all queries as best we can and wherever possible without concern for the time limit.
If you have bought a license, please include the Order ID in the body of your email. The email address for support is: firstname.lastname@example.org.
